We Are Now Genyx Labs — A New Chapter for a Twelve-Year-Old Team

Today we're formally introducing Genyx Labs Pvt. Ltd. — the next chapter of the company many of you have known for over a decade as Genyx Infotech.

We started in 2012 as a small engineering team taking on hard software problems for clients who couldn't find anyone else to say yes. Twelve years, dozens of products and thousands of shipped features later, the work we're most excited about has shifted decisively toward AI, automation and intelligent platforms. Our name should reflect that. So it does.

What's changing

• The name. Genyx Infotech Pvt. Ltd. is now Genyx Labs Pvt. Ltd.
• The focus. AI-first engagements — from generative AI products and RAG systems to end-to-end process automation — are moving to the centre of what we do.
• The team shape. We're expanding our applied AI, MLOps and product engineering practice, and hiring accordingly.
• The way we talk about ourselves. Less "IT services", more "engineering lab" — because that's what the work has become.

What isn't changing

• The people. Same founders, same core team, same standards.
• The relationships. Every existing contract, warranty, support agreement and partnership carries over unchanged.
• The craft. We've always cared about shipping software that works. That's the whole company.

Under the new banner, we're doubling down on four practices: applied generative AI, intelligent automation, custom AI-native product engineering, and startup partnerships where we act as a founder's first technical team.
