Junior Automation Engineer
Build workflow automations, integrations and internal tools that eliminate repetitive work for our clients' operations teams.
Remote, India Full-time ₹4.5L – ₹7L per annum
About the role
As a Junior Automation Engineer you will help clients replace manual, error-prone processes with reliable automations. You will work with tools like n8n, Zapier, Make and custom Node.js scripts, and progressively take on more complex integrations — including AI-assisted automations powered by our LLM stack.
What you'll do
- Design and implement workflow automations across SaaS tools, databases and internal systems.
- Build small services and scripts to connect APIs that don't have native integrations.
- Document automations clearly so client teams can operate them confidently.
- Monitor automations in production and respond to failures quickly.
- Assist senior engineers with AI-powered automation projects (RAG chatbots, document processing, etc.).
What we're looking for
- 0–2 years experience building small applications, scripts, or automations.
- Comfort with JavaScript / TypeScript or Python.
- Basic understanding of REST APIs, webhooks and JSON.
- Strong attention to detail and a bias for shipping.
- Willingness to work occasional off-hours for production incidents.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with n8n, Zapier, Make, Airtable or similar tools.
- Basic SQL knowledge.
- Interest in AI, LLM APIs and prompt engineering.
